First, there was an HR Screen call to check out personality, past jobs, and what salary I wanted. Then, the Hiring Manager interview, which was like a chat about my technical skills, how I'd handle tough situations like stress or conflict, and how my experience fits the job. After that, a Technical/Panel Interview, usually with 3-4 people for tech jobs, digging into my specific engineering or software skills. Finally, some interviews with a Director or VP to see if I'd fit the company culture and the big picture.

The interview process started with a pre-screening call with HR. After that, there were 2 rounds of interviews. Even though I didn't get the job, the process was very professional. HR was nice and clear about everything.

A recruiter from the company reached out in October about a Marketing Manager position. I liked the role and company, and after an initial chat with the recruiter, I had an interview with a senior marketing person. It was a friendly and informal chat, seemed positive, and I was offered a second interview. Waiting for the second interview took about 2 months, which was a bit unprofessional due to poor communication from Swisslog's side. However, I felt I'd connected well with the interviewer, and the job still looked great. So, I did a second online interview with another marketing team member and the first interviewer. I almost didn't proceed because of the communication issues, but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. This interview was also pleasant and pretty much repeated the first interview's questions. I felt this also went well, and though there was no formal offer or suggestion I'd proceed, I had a feeling I would. After waiting through the Xmas break and the second week of the New Year, I followed up for updates – still no news. Several weeks later, I followed up again for feedback or any updates and didn't even get a response. I even emailed the marketing team member who interviewed me and was ignored. It's disappointing that the company didn't have the courtesy to inform me I was unsuccessful. Feedback would have been nice, but at minimum, they could have told me I didn't get the position, especially after two interviews and a long process.

I got contacted by a vendor for a full-time role. The whole interview process spanned three weeks and included two phone technical interviews. The first one was with a Project Manager for about 30 minutes, and the second was with a Director for almost an hour. They both asked about my past projects and related stuff. They seemed pretty chill and positive about my skills and experience. However, I haven't heard anything or received any feedback even after a couple of weeks. I followed up with my vendor, and he mentioned they didn't proceed further. It's a bummer they didn't even offer some feedback. Really disappointed!
