This hiring process took 6 weeks which was a waste of my time. I found out this company always has the same role open but doesn't seem to hire anyone for it. First, there's a screening with a psychologist and a bunch of behavioral tests. Then they reject you saying they found a better candidate, but the job is still open. It feels like a good company to work for, but their hiring process is keeping them from getting good people. Good luck Swank.

This was hands down the worst recruiting/candidate experience I have ever encountered. They only utilize outside agencies (10-12 of them). I was reached out to by several. I looked at these reviews and decided to take a chance anyways. A 30 minute phone interview, followed by a 20 minute prep call, an hour long in person interview, a 2 HOUR long personality assessment, and another 1 hour in person interview... to be GHOSTED. On top of that, the interviewer was 30 minutes late to both of my onsite interviews.

I was contacted by an outside recruiter for a phone screen, where I was told I was unqualified due to a missing certification. A month later, Swank contacted me for a phone screen, and after that, they called daily to set up an in-person interview. I had some family commitments, but they kept calling. When I finally scheduled it, I asked about salary, which they refused to discuss over the phone. Then, another person contacted me before the in-person interview. During the in-person interview, the interviewer seemed impressed. The last question was about my expected salary. Four days later, I received a rejection email, stating I was too expensive. They seem to want a cheap EA without experience, which isn't what they need. They don't know what they need, and experienced hires are cheaper in the long run. I spoke with five people and found out they were just cheap. They wasted my time.

It was a really good experience, even though I didn't end up getting an offer. The process had 4 steps. First, there was a phone screen where we talked about my career interests and went over my resume and experience. Then, I had an interview with the Recruiting Manager. They went deeper into my resume, asked more about my interest in the position, and what I understood about the role. The third interview was with the VP of HR, who asked similar questions about my experience and my knowledge of the role, along with some behavioral questions. Right after the third interview, the plan was to have a final interview with the sales director and another manager, but they weren't available. I waited a few days, but that fourth interview never happened. I think that would have been the last step before a shadowing session with another account executive. Overall, the people were great, the company culture seemed awesome, and the office was really cool.
