HR reached out after seeing my resume online. After a phone call, they suggested I move forward. I had an in-person interview scheduled for about a week later. I arrived a bit early, and they said someone would be with me shortly. Unfortunately, after 20 minutes past our scheduled time, they said it would be a few more minutes. I was about to leave after 45 minutes when they finally brought me in. The interviewer seemed distracted and uninterested, even asking what job I was applying for and not remembering what steps I'd already taken. It was really unprofessional, especially after they called me in and then treated me that way. They could have just said they weren't interested or filled the position already.

I got an email for a phone interview first. After that, the HR person said I could come in for another interview. I met with her, and later that day she sent me times to meet with a team leader and the VP. The VP was on a client call and couldn't make it, and I was told he had to leave at 5pm, which was weird since my interview was set for 4:30pm. I emailed the HR rep saying I enjoyed the interview with the team leader and wanted to reschedule with the VP. I also called and left a message. It's been two weeks and I haven't heard back. I think a simple email to let me know either way would be nice.

The interview process was lengthy but overall gave me a great understanding of the company and helped me to truly accept the role without any doubts. I did a phone interview, and several in person interviews. I met with the recruiting manager, HR manager, and members of the sales team in which I was interviewing for. They asked me many questions that allowed me to truly engage in my strengths. I was told that among 50 other candidates I was chosen, which made me feel very excited and proud to have received a position. I've only been at Swank for two weeks now and they have been more than welcoming and I plan to stay with Swank for a very long time.
