The interview process started with some overview questions, including a question about the bid-ask spread. There was a last-minute change in the interviewer just 10 minutes before the interview. They asked general questions about my resume and touched upon financial knowledge. There was also a technical round that covered Python basics.

I applied for two positions, Relationship Manager and Team Lead, at FOREX.com (now StoneX). The management seemed unsure of what they were looking for. After going through three rounds, they had me complete a competitor research project and present it by the end of the week, as I was more interested in the Team Lead role. I finished the analysis and presentation slides, then heard nothing. After chasing them, they finally got back to me a week later stating the presentation was not up to par, despite them asking for it as bullet points. I think the hiring manager wanted to promote from within rather than hire a Team Lead externally.
