The interview process was chill and low-key, the team made me feel comfortable. It wasn't super technical, mostly about why I'm interested in the role, my motivation, and if I get the business. It was pretty straightforward and organized.

The interview process was very disorganized. The interviewer was late and showed disrespect. My overall impression of the company was depressing, and I wouldn't recommend them. The interviewer seemed unserious and was in a noisy environment, which showed a lack of consideration for me as the interviewee.

The interview team was very welcoming and calm. They were very friendly and nice, conducted the interview in a relaxed manner despite the usual interview nervousness. The only "negative" part was not receiving answers/feedback (but it's normal not to receive feedback from companies).
