- Tell us an interesting or amusing fact about yourself.
Software Engineer
I went through four main steps. First, a 30-min call with HR to make sure we were on the same page about what they're looking for. Then, I had a 1-hour live coding session where I had to build a fault-tolerant API and optimize the database. After that, there was a deep dive into system design, focusing on how to scale a real-time analytics pipeline.
- Can you describe a time you dealt with a project that had scaling problems?
Direct Sales Representative
The process was very straight and professional, but also quite rigorous, possibly because they use an outsourcing company. While it was detailed, I felt it was excessive for a contract position that isn't security-focused. Job seekers end up spending too much time on the procedures. I remember it took almost a week before I was finally cleared.
- What are your strategies for achieving your monthly sales targets?
Project Manager
it was a straightforward process, with about four or five stages. A panel interview was notable, where each of the five panelists asked questions. The whole hiring process spanned months, likely due to starting before the EOY holidays. Overall, it was a great experience as the recruitment team aimed to make candidates comfortable to showcase their skills without stress.
