The whole recruitment process took about 8 months and is divided into 5 phases. The first 2 phases are online Aptitude tests. The next phase is physical process where you are given a random topic to defend. Next up is CBI, business analysis presentation and a group with other candidates. Final Interview is discussion with the board.

It was a good atmosphere with routine interview questions being asked. The questions were basically about personal strengths and weaknesses, greatest achievement and value one has to offer the bank if employed.
