The interview process felt extremely scripted and fake, like a total scam. They said you'd get an answer about the job that same day. When I asked one question at the end, she basically cut me off.

We started with a group interview on Zoom with two other candidates. We got asked some basic questions about our past work, what we do for fun, and why we'd be a good fit for the job. After that, they told us about the company.

I applied online and got a call a few days later to schedule an interview. They told me about the position over the phone and gave me a website to check out before my interview. I then met with the President, who went into more detail about the job and a typical day. I could ask him questions, and he answered them all. He mentioned that if I got a call that afternoon, I'd be invited for a second interview. The second interview involved meeting two account managers. We went to lunch and discussed myself and the position further. I got a feel for the work environment in the store. Following the second interview, I had another phone call with the President. He asked me some questions about the interview process and requested that I follow up with him via email. It seems like a really great company that's growing fast. Although I wasn't offered the job, I enjoyed learning more about their business and the role.

I only got through the initial interview phase because the role wasn't quite what I was looking for, but overall it was a really good experience. Everyone from the first call to the interview was super friendly and easy to chat with, and things moved pretty fast. The first interview itself was also quite brief; it was mainly an info session where the managing partner talked about the company and its business.
