Got a text from a recruiter, we had a short phone chat, and then she scheduled a call with the team. The team didn't show up for our call, but then the recruiter texted me an hour later saying they had a Teams update. I didn't move forward with this because it felt really disorganized.

I applied online and got a call a few days later to schedule an interview. They told me about the position over the phone and gave me a website to check out before my interview. I then met with the President, who went into more detail about the job and a typical day. I could ask him questions, and he answered them all. He mentioned that if I got a call that afternoon, I'd be invited for a second interview. The second interview involved meeting two account managers. We went to lunch and discussed myself and the position further. I got a feel for the work environment in the store. Following the second interview, I had another phone call with the President. He asked me some questions about the interview process and requested that I follow up with him via email. It seems like a really great company that's growing fast. Although I wasn't offered the job, I enjoyed learning more about their business and the role.
