Technical Support Engineer
So the interview was pretty standard, you know, first HR gave me a quick check, then I had some technical interviews, and then I talked with the manager. They really wanted to see how I approach problems, if I can work with others, if I'm flexible, and of course, my technical skills. It felt like a good way to see if I'd fit in and if the job was a good match for me.
- What's your approach when a customer tells you they're experiencing the same technical problem over and over?
Customer Support
3 rounds of interviews: HR, Ops, and client. There was a typing test and a Versant test where a minimum score of 5 is needed. The questions were easy, but fluency in English is a must. In the HR round, they asked for an introduction, which is a basic question for every round. In the Ops and client rounds, they might also ask about your family and background. You should have no police record for the past 10 years.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- Tell me about your family background.

Customer Service Executive
First, they give a presentation and explain the position you're applying for, mentioning the salary. Then, they give you a sheet to do two drawings: one of a man in the rain, and you have to create a story with a problem. On a third sheet, there's an exercise to arrange phrases as you see fit, followed by a group discussion. Finally, there's a computer typing speed test.

Customer Service Representative
First, you gotta send in your resume and cover letter, either online or by email. Then, a recruiter will look at all the applications and pick out the ones that seem to fit the basic requirements. If you make the cut, you'll have a quick phone chat with the recruiter about your background and why you're interested. Next, if you're still in the running, you'll have a more in-depth interview, either in person or over video, with the hiring manager. They'll dive into your skills, experience, and how you'd fit with the team. Sometimes, there might be a quick test or task to check your specific abilities. If needed, there could be a final interview with some higher-ups or a panel to seal the deal. Finally, if everything goes well, you'll get a job offer with all the details. They try to keep things clear and moving along so it's not too stressful.
- What experience do you have that relates to this position?
