Had 3 interviews then was ghosted with no correspondence. When I arrived for the in-person interview, I was told (with a little attitude) that I was an hour late, and had to show proof of the agreed-upon time (I was in fact not late). There were 2 phone interviews and an in-person discussion with two team members, only to be ghosted without even a rejection letter. I consider this to be pretty unprofessional and it makes me wonder how they treat the people they recruit for other companies.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I applied on the company website on 02/12/2019. The next day, a recruiter emailed me to set up a phone interview. I replied right away to schedule it. On 02/14/2019, I had the phone interview. The recruiter discussed my past experience, the company, the job, and asked me some customer service and scenario-based questions. It was about 1 hour and 15 minutes. On 02/19/2019, the Executive Director emailed to schedule a webcam interview. I responded quickly to set a date and time. On 02/21/2019, I interviewed via webcam with the Executive Director and the Managing Director. We talked about the company, the role, my resume, and they asked more customer service and scenario questions, and how my background fit. This was for 1 hour. On 02/22/2019, the Managing Director emailed to set up another webcam interview. I got back to them with a date and time. On 02/28/2019, I had a webcam interview with two current Staffing Implementation Managers. I got to ask them questions about the company and the role. This interview was 1 hour. On 03/01/2019, the Managing Director asked for my references. On 03/11/2019, the Executive Director called to ask a few more questions and let me ask any last questions, then they made an offer. I got the offer via email on 03/15/2019, along with paperwork for onboarding. My first day was 04/01/2019.

Behavioral Presentation

A recruiter reached out to me via email or phone. We then had a detailed discussion about the job requirements, which involved being onsite with a major client. The company had competent recruiters, but none possessed the client management expertise needed to report staffing issues or serve as a daily liaison to maintain the account. This client-facing aspect was my prior experience and strength before I transitioned into recruiting. About a week later, I interviewed with the regional manager. However, I apparently didn't convince her of my suitability to move from a pure recruiter role to an onsite account management position, as I wasn't selected to proceed further.
