Had 3 interviews then was ghosted with no correspondence. When I arrived for the in-person interview, I was told (with a little attitude) that I was an hour late, and had to show proof of the agreed-upon time (I was in fact not late). There were 2 phone interviews and an in-person discussion with two team members, only to be ghosted without even a rejection letter. I consider this to be pretty unprofessional and it makes me wonder how they treat the people they recruit for other companies.

The process was really clear from the start, they were happy to answer most of my questions. They wanted to know my thoughts on the role and how I'd fit in. I also got to talk about my vision and goals for the position.

I went through 3 phone interviews over 3 months, but didn't get much solid info until the in-person interview. So, 4 interviews total. They were all pretty relaxed. Mostly discussed my past experience in staffing. When I interviewed in person, I learned more details about the job, but it was still a very easygoing process. I think they mainly want to see if you can do the job where they need you.
