So, SRF, a big name in its operations field, really puts entry-level engineers through the wringer! Expect about 4-5 rounds before they even think about offering you a job. It kicks off with a 60-minute technical online test and a 30-minute aptitude round for screening. After that, there are several other interview rounds. All in all, the selection process is pretty tough but they run it smoothly and efficiently.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • The questions here are subjective and depend entirely on your ability to handle different situations.
  • You'll be presented with many tough questions, all framed in a very specific way.
  • Ultimately, it all comes down to how effectively you manage and respond to these challenges.
