Design Engineer
The interview process involved a technical exam, a technical interview, and an HR interview. Preparation is key because the exam and interview are very technical. Since it's a design role, knowing about designing distillation columns and heat exchangers would be beneficial for the interview.

Engineer
After selection, there was a technical test, followed by a personal interview. After the interview, an offer letter was given. It's a very good company process, and the interview is tough so prepare well. All engineering concepts and internship areas need very detailed explanation.

Design Engineer
The interview started with 'tell me about yourself' and then about the projects undertaken by us. They kept on asking about the projects I did in B.Tech as well as in M.Tech in detail. They kept on questioning me upon whatever I spoke, like I said reflux ratio, then they kept on asking me what is reflux ratio, in a standard condition how much reflux ratio we have to incorporate, how I will find the operating reflux ratio from McCabe-Thiele.
