Enablement Program Manager
This was a mixed experience overall. The actual interview conversations were great and really substantive, and the interviewers themselves were super prepared and professional. They asked questions that felt strategic and relevant to the role. However, there were some organizational concerns that made things tricky. For one, the role's definition felt unclear; it was described as "building strategic enablement infrastructure" during interviews, but then the rejection feedback was that I was "too strategic" and "not hands-on enough," which felt contradictory. On top of that, the hiring manager resigned during the period I was being evaluated, and as of January 2025, there haven't been any enablement roles posted on their careers page. This made it tough to really understand the actual reasons for rejection. My advice would be to ask upfront about the company's organizational stability, how much executive support the function has, and to get a really clear definition of the role's scope. Make sure the role requirements are truly aligned internally before you decide to invest your time. So, while the interviewers were strong, the organization's readiness for this hire seemed questionable.
- Describe your strategy for developing enablement infrastructure in a situation where you lack a dedicated team and must coordinate with subject matter experts from Sales, Product, and Customer Success departments.
Revenue Operations
The hiring process was extensive, involving 8/9 rounds over three months. It felt indecisive at times, with two changes in hiring HRs and one change in the hiring manager (the role didn't change). On the upside, conversations with interviewers were very easy and pleasant. People were good indeed. However, I felt professional maturity of interviewers was low. Their perspective and questions were early-stage and text-bookish. I also felt they are reluctant to consider, listen or change anything. Their approach is "We will buy X software and fix Y problem". I wish life was so easy!
- Can you explain the distinctions between Salesforce and HubSpot?
Account Executive
The spryker interview process was pretty simple for me: first, a recruiter reached out on Linkedin. Then we talked about my experience and I learned more about Spryker. After that, I had an interview with the hiring manager (Sales), followed by a DNA interview with Talent Acquisition for cultural fit. Then, I interviewed with the VP of Sales. The next step was a Go-to-Market presentation and the Spryker Pitch, then an interview with the CRO. Finally, I got the offer letter and contract. It was a pretty straightforward process that needed some prep to do well, but it also let me learn more about Spryker and see if it was a good mutual fit. The recruiter I worked with really helped me out with preparing for each interview. You get to meet a lot of cool people from Spryker during this, which helps you figure out if it's the right place for you.
- Can you tell me about the largest deal you've successfully closed?
- What's your current network of contacts like in this region?

Senior Technical Trainer
I got reached out on Linkedin with the full job offer details. After I said yes to hear more, I sent my email and CV. Then, there was a first informal meeting with the director, just a nice chat with general questions. I passed that and they set up a technical interview. I had to answer questions about Design Patterns, OOP, Clean Code, query optimizations, and Queues. I passed this one too and then had to prepare a talk about REST API with a practical example. Passed that step and the Talent Acquisition Manager contacted me to say everything was good and the final interview was with the Chief Customer Officer. That's when we talked salary. The offer was about the average for my position in Italy, but 20% more than the mean. I accepted. It took about 2 months total. They were super professional and welcoming, I never felt weird or pressured. The onboarding is great, they have all the steps laid out and a People and Culture group to help from day one. Super happy to be part of the company!
- Can you explain what SOLID stands for and detail each principle?
- In your view, what constitutes Clean Code?
- Could you define indexes and describe how to optimize queries?
