It was a live coding session that lasted for an hour. We had to complete two tasks. The tasks were based on SOLID principles and also involved an algorithmic task. The first task was quite interesting and straightforward for those well-versed in SOLID and CleanCode principles.

This was a weird interview process, it felt very fragile. The interviewers seemed to make it a competition instead of following a process. Feedback was never communicated on time or in writing. I decided to not continue the interview process. When I told the recruiter, she said they already selected someone else. From my perspective, interviewing at this company is a waste of time because you don't get feedback to learn from. If you're a strong candidate, they turn the interview into a competition for some reason. Also, I know three people who are leaving the company, one within 6 months for similar reasons.

So there were two technical interviews, one 30 minutes and another 90 minutes. Then I had a chat with the talent acquisition manager and after that, I spoke with the director of product. In total, it was four interviews. They gave me an offer after the interview with the director of product, which I accepted.
