First, I had a phone screen with the recruiter. Then, I spoke with the hiring manager. After that, there was a two-person panel interview via Teams with the hiring manager. They asked really good questions that made me think. It felt like they were genuinely interested in getting to know me as a person, not just my work history. Even though I found the interview challenging, it wasn't a bad experience. I thought I was prepared, but I still needed to take a moment to gather my thoughts before answering some questions.

The interview process started with a phone screening. If that went well, the next step was supposed to be an in-person interview. Unfortunately, I never got an update on my application status and wasn't told if I was still being considered. It was pretty unprofessional not to provide any feedback.

I sent in my application on 03.29.21. After about 2.5 weeks and 2 follow-up emails, I got a call from a recruiter. They said my application was lost in the system. I heard nothing for almost a week. So, I emailed the recruiter again and then got a video interview with the manager for the specialty unit I'm looking at. Since it took them so long to respond, I applied for a similar job at another hospital in the same department. Once I got accepted there, I got a video interview notification pretty fast and then a job offer soon after.
