I applied online and a week later a recruiter called me. She asked some basic things about why I wanted to work for Spectrum and for this role. She then said she'd pass my info to the hiring leader. I got a call from the hiring leader not too long after and we set up an interview with the unit manager. I met with the unit manager and she first asked some basic questions to get a feel for my background. After that, she asked about 10 questions. The answers didn't have to be nursing specific, they could be about any customer/people interaction.
