Intern
The interview process went well. They will first screen you then they will reach out for an interview if they have an interest. They asked the basic questions such as describe a hurdle that you overcame during a project. Another was what is the value of diversity.

- What's your perspective on the importance of diversity?
Intern
It was 2 phone interviews. The first was with HR and covered basic behavioral stuff. The second was with the team, more technical but pretty simple questions. They asked me some Java questions and said they didn't expect me to know everything, just wanted to get a sense of my understanding.

- Describe a situation where you had to take charge.
- Can you share an example of when you led an initiative?
Intern
The interview process was pretty chill. They asked some basic behavioral questions. There were two rounds total. The first was a phone interview that lasted about 30 minutes, and the second involved meeting with the teams for about 30 minutes each.
