Sales Assistant
The process was excellent, clear, and objective. It involved dynamic forms, questions, and processes that were easy and informative. The interviewer demonstrated professionalism, active listening, provided objective answers with real examples, and instilled confidence. Effective communication was key, aligning with the role and showing intelligent questions. There was also an alignment with company values and relevant strategic questions.
- What is your experience level in your field?
Intern
The selection process was objective and efficient, combining a collaborative group dynamic with an individual interview focused on personal history. The simple approach avoided unnecessary bureaucracy, allowing for fluid communication. Plus, the extremely welcoming environment reduced nervousness, turning what's usually tense into a light, human, and very productive experience.
- Could you share more about your background?
Planner
Because of the pandemic, the entire interview process was done online via video calls. First, HR talked with me to get a better sense of my professional background, past experiences, and to make sure my expectations matched the role and company culture. Then, I had another interview with the direct manager for the area. They wanted to check my technical and behavioral skills, and how well I could adapt to working remotely. We also discussed the main tasks of the job, the challenges involved, and the team's work environment.
- Could you tell me about yourself and your professional journey?
- What made you interested in joining our company?
- How do you handle short deadlines and pressure at work?
Intern
The interview process had a few steps. First, there was a one-on-one chat with HR to get to know the candidate's qualifications and motivation. After that, we had a group activity, also led by HR. This involved talking with other candidates and doing practical, interactive tasks to see communication skills, teamwork, and problem-solving in a group setting.
