A third-party recruiting company, very organized and human, handled the recruitment. Two resume submissions, a logic test, and an interview with the hiring manager were part of the process. The manager seemed uninterested and cold, not paying attention to what was said.

I had two stages: an interview with HR and then with the Area Manager. The HR interview was okay and the one with the manager was Excellent. The reason I'm giving neutral is that, more than two months after the interview with the manager, they still hadn't given me a negative or positive response. Since I was contacting the HR person via cell phone at the time, I took the liberty of sending a message asking if there was any update on the next steps of the process, the person saw my message and didn't reply. A week later I sent it again, without success and without a response. Detail: the person saw all the messages. In conclusion: the negative is due to the lack of empathy in seeing the candidate's message and not even minimally responding.
