Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Sotreq.
Intern
The selection process was objective and efficient, combining a collaborative group dynamic with an individual interview focused on personal history. The simple approach avoided unnecessary bureaucracy, allowing for fluid communication. Plus, the extremely welcoming environment reduced nervousness, turning what's usually tense into a light, human, and very productive experience.
- Could you share more about your background?
Intern
The interview process had a few steps. First, there was a one-on-one chat with HR to get to know the candidate's qualifications and motivation. After that, we had a group activity, also led by HR. This involved talking with other candidates and doing practical, interactive tasks to see communication skills, teamwork, and problem-solving in a group setting.
- What interests you about this position?
Intern
First, you send your resume for selection. Then, you wait for HR's response. Next, there's a group activity where you're divided into two teams. A topic is given, and both teams need to work together to find the best solution for the problem. It's worth noting that not everyone in the group might be from the same city or aiming for the same role, making the group quite diverse. After that, you'll have an interview with the manager, followed by hiring.
