I had a call with HR, she was nice but ghosted eventually. The next interview was scheduled with the director, she asked a lot of questions and I answered each and every question, but still, I was rejected. Then the HR didn't even inform me about anything, just an automated message of rejection. Tried contacting her a lot of times, she didn't reply.

I had a phone screening with the recruiter, then a video meeting with the hiring manager. After that, there were panel interviews: one with a business executive, one with a finance/accounting executive, one with a direct report for the role, and one with two other team members/direct reports focusing on culture and values. The final interview was a re-convene with the hiring manager. The offer stage took multiple days from verbal offer to written offer, which made me a bit anxious. It felt like the written offer could have been provided much sooner.
