Operations Manager
So for the Sr. Manager, Operations role here, it's usually like a four-step thing to see if you're a good fit, if you can do the job, and if you're aligned with the leadership. First, you'll chat with HR to go over your background and why you're interested. Then, you'll talk to the hiring manager about your experience running operations, how you think strategically, and if you can grow teams and processes. After that, if you make it, you'll do a technical panel with people from different teams. They'll check out how analytical you are, how you solve problems, if you know about fraud or identity stuff, and how you work with tech folks. The last chat is with the head of the team or another senior person to see if your long-term goals match theirs, if you have executive presence, and if you can really make a difference in operations.

Head of Talent Acquisition
I went through 3 rounds for an executive role, but the company's HR leaders are steering it in the wrong direction. I was interviewed by a couple of HR team members, and then got a generic rejection email without any personal touch. The interim Talent lead was let go shortly after because they supported strong candidates like me, and the Head hired someone too junior for the position. It felt like they don't have a good team culture.

Consultant
The interview process consisted of several rounds that felt repetitive, typical of many tech companies. The team was consistently late for scheduled interviews and frequently rescheduled or had no-shows, which were significant red flags. When questioned about negative Glassdoor reviews, I received vague, non-committal answers. Specifically regarding concerns about poor work-life balance, I was told, 'It's great I go to the gym sometimes.' It's amusing to think of a company pretending to be a startup after nearly a decade.

Data Scientist
The initial recruiter call went well. I was informed the first technical interview would cover Python and SQL, and the requirements were clear. However, during the actual interview, the interviewer unexpectedly started testing me on PySpark, which wasn't communicated beforehand. This lack of clear communication was frustrating and felt unprofessional. Prior to the interview, I received an NDA and a link to company resources stating that Socure would reply within 72 hours post-interviews. This did not happen. I followed up with the recruiter multiple times but received no response. I was essentially ghosted. Overall, the process lacked transparency and follow-through. It's disappointing because they talk about strong candidate communication but don't deliver. I wouldn't recommend spending your time here unless they improve their candidate experience.
