Apprentice
It was a good experience compared to other companies. The interview process was very easy to attend. They mostly asked about projects I've done and how I used technologies in those projects.
- Can you tell me about the projects you've worked on?
- Regarding your projects, how did you utilize various technologies?
Software Test Engineer
The recruitment process includes an online exam covering aptitude, reasoning, Java, SQL, and manual testing. The SpeechX test focuses on speaking skills and English grammar. The technical round evaluates knowledge of manual testing, Java, and SQL. The next round is yet to be scheduled.
- What is hashcode in Java?
- Can you explain the SDLC lifecycle?
- What are the basics of manual testing?
Embedded Software Engineer
The interview was pretty long, from 9 AM to 2 PM, and it was offline. This happened after I cleared two written tests. The first part felt like another written test, with some easy aptitude questions. Then came the technical questions, mainly about C programming, microprocessors, and microcontrollers. The MPMC questions were easy, but C questions were moderate. They also asked me to write some bit manipulation programs. After that, there was an HR round. They gave me a form to fill with stuff like marks and hobbies, more than what's usually on a resume, and they didn't even look at my resume. The HR person talked to me for an hour, asking in-depth about everything I put in that form.
- Write a bit manipulation program.
- Explain pointers.
- What's the difference between storing a variable in a pointer and normally?
Analog Design Engineer
The interview process lasts about 1 to 3 hours, for me it was 3 hours. I was seated in a computer lab at ANITS college with other candidates selected for the analog interview. We were asked to solve some questions, generally related to analog IC design. A B.Tech person might not have much knowledge, so they ask easy questions and help us solve the unsolved ones. Prepare C language and digital subjects, as well as aptitude.
- Questions mostly about Digital Electronics
- Questions about Analog Electronics
