The interview process had two rounds, and it was quick and straightforward with a decision made on a specific day. Honestly, it was one of the best interview experiences I've had compared to other companies. They were also willing to work with me to accommodate other things.

The interview was pretty easy and chill. A few days after I applied, they hit me up for an in-person interview. The manager asked about when I could work, if I'm good in a team, and how I deal when it's super busy. It was super laid-back, more like just chatting than a real interview. It took about 15-20 minutes, and I got the offer pretty quick after.

The interview process was excessively long, lasting over three months with poor communication from management. I received no feedback until 30+ days after my final interview, with delays of about a month between each stage. The process needs streamlining—most candidates won't wait this long for an offer. Also, the salary communicated by HR was below market expectations. Advice for management: For nearly entry-level roles (1-2 years experience), simplify the process. We aren’t interviewing for a director position, so there’s no need to meet with every stakeholder in the company.
