Had a phone chat with someone from HR where they asked good, thorough questions about my background and skills, plus some situational questions. It was about 20 mins. Then, a ZOOM meeting with another HR person, my future manager, and the team lead. It was an interesting chat, lots of questions about my experience, what I'd achieved, what I learned, and why I'd be a good fit. We also discussed the role, my responsibilities, career growth, and why I'm looking to change structures. This one lasted about an hour. Finally, a quick call with HR to sort out the details.

Started with HR, then went to the hiring manager for a case study. The HR call was 45 minutes, and the hiring team interview was 50 minutes. I had to present my case study solution, which took up most of the interview time. The HR chat was pretty chill, the guy was really nice and helpful.
