I applied for the Apartment Locator position through a social media post. The first step was a 15-minute Zoom call. The interviewer seemed tired and went through a list of questions without much engagement. He tried to start with small talk about my weekend plans, but it felt insincere. I was offered a second interview, but I declined because there were no benefits or health insurance provided.

After you submit your application, which includes answering some questions, the local team reviews your resume and answers. Usually, there's an initial 15-minute phone or Zoom screening where the interviewer asks most of the questions, with a little time for you to ask some at the end. Then, you'll have an in-person interview before a decision is made. They'll always email you about your status, whether it's an offer or a rejection.

Although they are casual attire I dressed business casual. My interviewer was really chill but professional when he spoke. I would recommend with coming prepared by researching the company and knowing what to say prior to the interview.

The interview process started with a video call on Zoom. If that went well, I was invited to an in-person interview at their office. They require employees to be in the office at least 3 days a week, no matter where you live in the metroplex. People in the office on certain days get priority for leads. The office itself was nice, and the dress code is casual; people were wearing sports apparel. Parking is tight, so most people park on the street, which is mostly warehouses and empty lots. It was definitely an interesting location.
