The whole interview process was super fast, wrapping up in under a week. I applied on a weekend and got a reply first thing Monday to set up an interview. We had a Zoom meeting, and I heard back the very next morning. It's clear this company really values its employees, and the interview was super informative! They were upfront about the challenges of the job, but also the potential rewards if you can nail them! The interviewer was really friendly, and I felt like all the questions were genuinely designed to see if I was a good fit for the role.

I applied online for the Sales Representative & Customer Experience roles in Austin & Dallas. Since my family and I are looking to relocate, it feels like a time for applications and new beginnings. I got the links to do video interviews for both positions and recorded them at home. The language in the videos was casual, so I matched that energy and even showed them my dogs. They were very quick interview videos and a pretty easy interview. Up to that point, it was a fast process. But four weeks later, I still haven't heard anything, so I'll keep moving on from this business as a potential employer. As we know, employers ghosting candidates is common given the high volume of applicants. It's disappointing though, especially since this is an apartment locating service and you'd expect their follow-up to be impeccable.

The interview was on Zoom and felt very relaxed. They asked some basic questions and gave me a lot of time to chat and ask my own questions. I really liked the company's laid-back atmosphere; it made me feel like I already fit in. I felt I could just be myself.
