Overall, the hiring process was really good, everyone was respectful and professional. The interviews felt human and supportive, no one tried to trick me. It was also pretty fast and efficient, which I liked.

I applied via LinkedIn. Had a quick call with the head of product design, arranged through WhatsApp. The interview was supposed to be in-person, but due to security issues in Israel, it was held online. It lasted 1 hour and 15 minutes. I presented a use case to the head of design and two team leads. I felt rushed at times, with one interviewer asking me to skip explanations, even though they were important for the presentation. Some questions were good and interesting, particularly from one interviewer, while others were unrelated to the use case. After three weeks of no response, I withdrew my application via email but never heard back.

Behavioral Presentation Other

I went through four rounds of interviews, which included a final presentation that felt kind of tacked on. They gave me some data but not enough to really dig into the specific insights they wanted. During one of the interviews, a hiring manager kept interrupting me. The others seemed pretty checked out, not really asking anything or giving any feedback. The whole thing ended really abruptly, even with HR there, which made it seem like they'd already decided. Then, two days later, I got a generic rejection email without any personal touches or feedback.

It was a long interview process. I passed the final interview, which included an interview with HR. They told me they would send an offer, but after waiting a week, they got back to me saying there was no fit. It was really frustrating because I put in a lot of effort and time, and then got a 'not a fit' answer after a 2-month process without any feedback.
