We did a first round screen with Talent Acquisition, then a second round with two Onboarding Managers, and then a third round again with Onboarding Managers. They assessed language competency and found hospitality knowledge to be really beneficial. Customer Service skills are essential, and they want to see if you can talk through difficult situations you've handled and how you resolved them positively.

I was contacted a few times for jobs that seemed like a good fit, and I put a lot of time into each one, going through a few stages. They kept saying I was a strong candidate, but then I was rejected for the second time. The reason given was that the person hired had more experience. This time, it really didn't seem true, and I found out the person they hired had way less experience and knew someone on the inside. It makes me wonder if SiteMinder's hiring is really fair and open.

The interview process was really smooth and organized. They were upfront about salary, schedule, and benefits, which was great for setting expectations. They clearly laid out each step, and I liked the structured approach. Communication was consistent, and wait times between stages were reasonable. I always knew what was going on and got quick, thorough answers to my questions. If you're available, the process can move fast and you might even get an offer quickly if you're qualified. They're flexible with scheduling and keep things moving, making it a seamless experience overall. It was a positive experience that shows off their company culture and how they recruit.

The interview process at SiteMinder was pretty smooth and felt very respectful. It went like this: First, there was a phone screening with HR to see if I fit the job description and talk about my background. Then, I had a technical interview with the Chief and a Data Technical expert. This was the main technical part where we really dug into my past projects, the challenges in Data Science, cloud stuff, MLOps, and more. They asked some really detailed questions that fit the role. After that, I had an in-person interview with the Product Team, focusing on how I could use data for products and not just on algorithms, and how I'd talk to non-technical people to bring value to clients. The final round was with the Director and HR, focusing on leadership, fitting in with the team, and contributing to the company’s future. The HR team was great throughout, keeping me updated and making the whole thing feel easy and positive. The interviews were respectful, and each step made sense.
