The interview process was terrible. They kept rescheduling interviews, showing no respect. They said they cared about technical skills, but it was all about gender and age, which seemed biased based on what other candidates told me. I got to the final round but was rejected with no feedback, which was really unclear.

The interview was centered around problem-solving and algorithmic thinking. It involved looking at the efficiency of solutions and finding ways to make them better. The interviewer was involved and hinted that there were more optimal answers possible, but I couldn't find one.

Behavioral Technical System Design

First up was a 20-minute chat with HR over the phone. Then, I had a 20-minute call with the Team Lead where we discussed my CV, resume, and background, and I had to walk them through a problem I solved end-to-end. The last part was a 90-minute (1.5 hours) session, which was mostly system design, no LeetCode. Good luck!

Technical Behavioral Coding

The interview process has about 6-7 rounds. First, you'll get data in Excel sheets and a report on the Singular platform, and they'll ask you to find data discrepancies. Then there's a 1:1 interview with the technical manager. After that, you'll do another assignment with more data to find discrepancies. This is followed by a 1:1 interview with the support head, and then another 1:1 with the tier 2 support head. Next, you'll interview with the VP, and finally, have a discussion with the HR Manager.

Confirmed questions8 questions
  • Will you check for analytical skills by providing different scenarios and how to provide a solution for the problem?
  • Will you look for customer support experience from previous organizations and scenario based responses, how team player you could be and your role to deliver services for the organization?
  • Will you share the JD but this does not specify the technical skills the candidate should to be acquainted with?
