The interview process was terrible. They kept rescheduling interviews, showing no respect. They said they cared about technical skills, but it was all about gender and age, which seemed biased based on what other candidates told me. I got to the final round but was rejected with no feedback, which was really unclear.

It was a lengthy but not too difficult interview. I had an amazing experience when I was giving the interview. Awesome teammates, managers, and HR. Smooth onboarding process. Nice compensation and benefits :)

Applied online and had a 15 min chat with a recruiter. Then, a 1-hour phone interview with the Tech Support Lead, mostly about my background and current duties. After that, a 3-hour onsite interview: first, with the Director of Product, who asked analytical questions/scenarios about the product and had me write a simple SQL query on a whiteboard. Then, another chat with the Tech Support Lead, but it seemed she wasn't well-prepared and I mostly repeated what I'd already said. Finally, an interview with the Customer Success Manager, likely the hiring manager, who wanted a sample customer response and some behavioral questions. Everyone was nice except the Customer Success Manager, who was indifferent.
