First up was a 20-minute chat with HR over the phone. Then, I had a 20-minute call with the Team Lead where we discussed my CV, resume, and background, and I had to walk them through a problem I solved end-to-end. The last part was a 90-minute (1.5 hours) session, which was mostly system design, no LeetCode. Good luck!
