The entire hiring process was managed through the Gupy platform. I had an interview with the hiring manager, who was clear about the job requirements and benefits, and also a technical interview. However, about two weeks after the last stage, I didn't hear back from the company. I only got a response after I sent a message asking for an update, and it was a very generic one saying I wasn't selected, with no further details. During this time, I noticed the job posting reappeared on the recruiter's professional networks before there was any clear response or formal communication about my application ending. As a candidate, we naturally wait for feedback after the interview stages. I understand hiring processes can take time, but I think it's essential for companies to be upfront about timelines and keep candidates informed, even if the final decision is still pending. Also, clearer feedback for those not selected is very important, as it helps professional development and shows respect for the time and effort of those who participated. Transparency and empathetic communication make all the difference in the candidate experience.

I was found through a talent bank. The first phase was an online interview with HR, where they asked about me and if I knew the difference between a bank and a cooperative; overall, it was very relaxed. In the second phase, there was an in-person test with 5 other participants. It included a psychological test similar to the one at the DMV, followed by a group activity where I had to explain why another participant should be hired. The last phase would have been with the manager, but I didn't make it :(

My selection process at Sicoob was super smooth and organized. I applied through the Empregare platform in mid-August, and at the end of September, I received feedback for the next phase. Shortly after, I had the interview, just two days after the response. The next day, I did the DISC, and in less than 24 hours, I received the excellent news: I was approved in the selection process! 🎉 A quick, clear, and very positive process from start to finish.

The interview at Sicoob Nova Central wasn't what I expected. I was excited about the chance to join a big cooperative institution, but the process felt unwelcoming and a bit impersonal. I felt there wasn't clear communication about the role and its duties, and sometimes the questions didn't seem related to my background or the actual job tasks. Also, I got the impression the interviewers weren't really interested in learning about my career history and what I could bring to the table.
