I was found through a talent bank. The first phase was an online interview with HR, where they asked about me and if I knew the difference between a bank and a cooperative; overall, it was very relaxed. In the second phase, there was an in-person test with 5 other participants. It included a psychological test similar to the one at the DMV, followed by a group activity where I had to explain why another participant should be hired. The last phase would have been with the manager, but I didn't make it :(

I initially answered some written questions. Then, I was asked to do a drawing, which I believe was a psychological test, followed by an essay. During one of the test phases, I was unfortunately forgotten in the room and wasn't given a pen, so I had to wait for someone to bring me one. After completing the tests, I had to give a presentation about myself, covering my education and experiences. They asked me some questions after the presentation, some of which felt very invasive and irrelevant, like asking about my parents' and husband's professions. Ultimately, I didn't receive any feedback on my performance.
