Customer Service Agent
The interview process involved writing, tests, and an interview. It took a long time, I found that part exhausting. We didn't finish until after lunch, even though we started at 8 AM. Everyone was friendly and made me feel comfortable. The HR manager and the agency manager were present. They conducted the interview together, and after that stage, there were online tests, and finally, a video interview with the regional manager.
- What are your career, professional, and personal plans?
Customer Service Agent
The interview is the third stage of the process and includes some tests. I took attention tests, which I found a bit confusing and more like memory tests than attention tests, personality tests, logic and math tests, and a timed essay on "Credit Cooperatives." After the tests, the interview began. It's a standard interview where you introduce yourself, discuss past work experiences, and talk about your personal and professional goals and how you can contribute to the company. It's a calm and quick interview.
- Given that we are a financial institution and this role requires a strong sales aptitude, do you feel you are a good fit, and what specific contributions could you make?
- Could you please introduce yourself and elaborate on your previous professional experiences?
- What are your aspirations, both personally and professionally?
Customer Service Agent
I applied for the Customer Service Agent position at the Nova Olímpia/PR branch through the Empregare platform. After my resume was reviewed, I received two questionnaires: one on financial math and another with additional questions. Both were quite straightforward. On the same day I submitted the questionnaires, I received a notification via the Serasa app indicating a check on my CPF, which is part of their background check process. Later that same day, I was contacted to schedule an interview with the People Management department. The interview itself was conducted clearly and respectfully. The recruiter, Jéssica, was extremely friendly, polite, and professional, which made me feel very comfortable throughout the conversation. Another positive aspect was the team's transparency. Even after the interview, Jéssica contacted me to clearly state that they had decided to move forward with another candidate, showing respect and consideration for everyone involved. I view the process very positively, with organized stages, efficient communication, and respect for the candidate. Even though it didn't move forward, it was an excellent experience.
- Could you please introduce yourself?
- What motivated your choice of educational background?
- What do you consider your strengths and weaknesses?
