The whole process was super smooth and fast. I started with a recorded video interview, and then I had a virtual interview with the hiring manager and her manager on the same day. The HR interview was also on that day, which just shows how organized they were. They kept me updated, and things moved really quickly. I got an offer about a week after the interviews. It was a really well-organized and positive experience overall.

The first step was an online interview where I had to answer 8 video questions within a time limit. These questions were about my passion for the field, my background, and some research-related surveys. I had about a minute to prepare each response, similar to the TOEFL speaking test.

Technical Behavioral Presentation

So, the whole thing took about a month. After I talked with the hiring manager, it took like, almost two weeks to get to the last panel interview. That panel interview was pretty long, like 4 hours, and it included talking to team members and then a final chat with HR. One thing that kind of bothered me was during the cloud computing talk, the interviewer started googling stuff and then asked me more questions based on that. I felt that was a bit unfair, you know, since I was answering based on my own experience and expected them to do the same. The last part was with HR, where we discussed my salary expectations. Then it took another week to hear back, and they said they liked me but went with someone else.

Behavioral Technical

I applied and got an interview a few weeks later. The first step was a phone screening, which went well. Then, I had an interview with the hiring manager the next day. After that, I was told I'd be moving on to a third interview with the team. I didn't hear back about scheduling for a few days, so I followed up by email. Still no response. Finally, over a week later, I was told there was feedback from the hiring manager. I said I could talk that afternoon but still haven't heard back. The company's communication is really lacking, and the whole process was super frustrating and disappointing.
