I was contacted by the GM for an interview. It was initially set up for multiple people, but I ended up just meeting with the GM. The interview went well, but ultimately they hired someone who previously worked at Shangrila, which is understandable. I heard back about not getting the job about three weeks later.

The process was really well organized and they kept in touch, which was nice. They were friendly but also serious to make sure they got the right person for the job, so I thought it went pretty smoothly overall.

Questions are pretty easy, they ask about your personablity,hobbies, future plans, etc, and for the department heads, questions revolve around what you know about the role you want to apply in (ex: if you are kitchen department, they ask about your specialty dish, mother sauces, etc)
