The interview was pretty easy and standard. Just a few general questions. The process wasn't rigid; if you were running late, you could just call them and they'd postpone your interview by 15 to 30 minutes. You had to complete two forms in the lobby before entering the office. It was like a personality quiz, really long and boring. The person interviewing me wasn't from the company, I think they were headhunters. They didn't even know who I was or what position I was seeking. Regardless of the position you applied for, the job involved door-to-door sales. There was no salary, only commission. If you went to college, don't bother applying. I decided not to continue after I left.

The first day involves a large group of candidates waiting to be interviewed, with a constant flow of people in and out of the interview room. After the interview, they mention reviewing clients and potentially calling back for a second interview, but this is misleading as most candidates are called back. The second interview is an 'all day' event. It includes shadowing a sales representative doing door-to-door sales, followed by a lunch discussion about career progression and earning potential by selling a specific 'app' (application). The day concludes with a meeting with the manager, who provides positive (often exaggerated) feedback from the trainer before extending a job offer. The entire process is designed to create a sense of accomplishment, even though the offer is extended to nearly everyone, leading to many new hires daily. A drug test is also part of the process, though some employees have mentioned using a coworker's sample.

So, there are 4 steps in the interview process. The first step was a quick phone interview, like 5 minutes, basically just a screening. Then, the second interview was in Manhattan. I got to ask them questions and they learned about me and my skills, pretty standard stuff. The third interview was the coolest part. It was a group interview where they explained the job in detail, talked about the company structure and pay. I had to work on some case studies and present them with the group. It was fun but also tough.

The interview process was three rounds. In the first interview, I learned about the company's history, goals, and future growth. The interviewer was friendly and asked about my qualifications, going deeper into my resume and past experience. The second interview involved shadowing someone in the office, which was a great experience and confirmed this was the work environment I was looking for.

  • Tell me about a significant failure you experienced and how you managed to overcome it.
