The interview process started with an initial phone call to qualify. After that, there were two stages: an HR interview and then an interview with the manager. These were relatively approachable but technical. I found the atmosphere to be quite good and a lot of kindness, with the whole process taking about 3 weeks from the first call.

Behavioral Technical

So, first, you gotta apply, usually through their website or you can send your resume and a cover letter to HR. Then, they'll screen your application, maybe with a phone call or an online test to see if you're a good fit. If that goes well, you'll have interviews, could be a few, could be in person, on the phone, or video. You'll talk to HR, the hiring manager, and maybe others. They might also give you some tests or exercises related to the job. After that, they might check your references. If everything checks out and they like you, they'll offer you the job with all the details about pay and benefits.

The process was remarkable in many ways. Unfortunately, there was no follow-up due to a mismatch between the proposed position and my profile, which is focused on both B2B and B2C. The questions asked during the interview were innovative, stepping outside the usual beaten path. This added a stimulating dimension to the conversation and allowed for exploration of various aspects of my skills and professional experience. Despite the final outcome, the experience was positive. The innovative questions fostered deep reflection and highlighted my ability to adapt to unusual situations. This demonstrates the company's innovative approach to recruitment, which is always appreciated. Although job compatibility was not established, this experience was enriching, offering me the opportunity to showcase my skills and my ability to take on varied professional challenges. It underscores the importance of transparency and mutual understanding in the recruitment process, and I am grateful to have had the chance to participate in such an interesting and stimulating interview.
