Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at SFR.
Chef de Projet
After applying on the website, HR contacts you. Then, there's an interview with the hiring manager (you might also interview with the N+2). Following the manager's feedback, an HR interview is scheduled.
- Can you tell me about your motivations?
- Could you describe your past experiences?
Project Manager
The interview has 3 steps: first, HR contacts us to ask some questions and gauge our motivation for the desired position. The second step is a physical interview with two managers from the section: a rather long interview (1h30) with various questions concerning us, they ask us to describe our background, our motivations, our strengths, etc. Then the last step consists of sending a summary email describing everything we learned from the interview. We also need to add what attracted us to the project and what attracted us the least.
- Why did you choose SFR?
Chef de Projet
The interview process was pretty standard. It started with a phone call, then I met the team lead and the director. We talked a lot about my past experiences and what I could bring to SFR Réunion. Finally, I met with HR to discuss salary and other things.
- Why did you choose SFR, and what are our values?
- What are your past experiences?
- What can you contribute to SFR Réunion?
