Architect
The hiring process is well-structured and divided into several stages, which I think is good because it allows for a deeper analysis of candidates' profiles and ensures a more accurate selection. However, the proposed times for the process phases end up being a negative point, as they are not very flexible and make it difficult for those who have other commitments throughout the day to participate.

The process started with an online group interview, where the interviewer asked us to introduce ourselves and state our strengths and weaknesses. Then, the next stage was a group activity with the hiring manager for the position. He asked about our experiences, how we see ourselves in 5 years, what we do in our free time, and some other typical interview questions.

Program Analyst
The hiring process is like a public examination, but without the transparency and fairness of one. Everyone who passes the resume review stage takes a test. If you pass that, you move on to an individual interview, and then a practical stage, if applicable. The problem is, they don't share the answer key for the multiple-choice questions or the expected answers for the essays. So, there's no way to know if you failed because you didn't get enough points or for other reasons.

Benefits Analyst
The interview process for SESC RJ (Flamengo) was not ideal. While the company offers great benefits and a good salary, the selection process lacked warmth and personalization. Candidates were invited via a group email that included everyone's name and schedule, which invades privacy and shows a lack of data protection care. Individual communications would be more professional. The interviewer mentioned being overloaded, which explained the slow responses. However, she stated she'd only email those who passed, and others should check Vagas.com, which felt impersonal and careless. The candidate presentation also felt uneven. I was the first to present my five-minute career summary as requested. However, subsequent candidates spoke for much longer without moderation, creating an unequal and disorganized environment. In short, despite an attractive offer, the process lacked empathy, organization, and confidentiality, negatively impacting the company's initial impression.
