The interview process was organized and to the point. The questions asked were relevant to the role and allowed me to showcase my professional experiences and teaching practices. The interviewer was respectful and clear about the institution's expectations.
- How do you handle high-pressure situations at work?
Administrative Assistant
Individual presentation where I had to share my name, age, city, education, skills, qualities, flaws, and previous work experiences. Then, a group activity involving a problem-solving scenario, where each group had to come up with a solution. Finally, the group presented their resolution to the problem.

Administrative Assistant
Sent resume on 11/04. Got contacted on 05/21 via WhatsApp for the first stage. The first stage on 05/22 included a Specific Knowledge Test (covering admin tasks, text interpretation, document organization, current spelling rules, percentages, fractions, and writing a page - needing at least 70% correct) and a Screening Interview. The second stage was on 05/26 with the administrator via Teams. The third stage on 05/27 was with HR, focusing on competencies and how past work experiences align with the current role's functions. The fourth and final stage was on 05/28, with HR giving approval and a welcome, followed by document submission and scheduling the pre-employment medical exam. The medical exam was on 05/29.
