The interview process involved a chat with the customer service supervisor and the HR representative for the site. It was a very relaxed and direct conversation. Given their extensive hiring experience, they shared information about the company.

Group Presentation Behavioral

The interview process involved several group dynamics activities, followed by an individual interview. While I found some of the dynamics to be uncreative, the overall interview process was satisfactory. What was disappointing was the delay of several days in providing a negative response, especially since they had already hired someone for the position.

I applied through the website and after about 15 days I received an email inviting me to participate in an online group interview, there were 13 participants where each one spoke a little about themselves and their professional experiences. Afterwards, we were all called to go to SESC to take a test related to the role, I took the test and never got any feedback. I believe they should at least send an email informing the candidate that they didn't pass because we were left waiting for a response.
