I got a call from HR where she asked me about my background and skills and scheduled the first round. First round was a DSA based round where they asked me variation of tree path sum question, which I took bit of time to answer. I thank that still they qualified me for the second round where it was Go LLD round where question was to parallelise a serial execution of code, which I feel I did very well and interviewer was also happy. After that I got to know that the feedback was negetive which I dont think should be a case. I think it was my notice period which they were bothered about and I would have appreciated if they were more straight forward on the rejection reason

The interview process at SentinelOne was a really good experience overall. It started with a screening call from the People team, then there were a few more rounds with the hiring manager and some other team members. Everyone I met was smart, ready, and really respected my time - all interviews started exactly on time and felt like they were worth my while. Even though I didn't end up getting an offer because it was so competitive, I'm just thankful I got to meet so many skilled and professional people.

I had an initial 30-minute call with the recruiter, followed by a 45-minute interview with the Director of TA Ops. After speaking with Anastasija Frizenova for 30 minutes, she immediately scheduled me for a 45-minute interview the same day with Amanda Oliveira, Director of Ops. The interviews were conversational rather than strictly structured. I'm rating this experience negatively because, although the interviews themselves were fine, I was told the process needed to be quick due to the CPO going on leave. After the same-day interview, I didn't hear back for two weeks. I then saw the job ad reposted, checked in with Ana, and only then got a generic rejection email with no feedback. I'm disappointed because in both interviews, we emphasized how important giving updates and feedback to candidates is, and yet they failed to do so.

Technical Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was a complete disaster. The job was initially advertised as a full-time role with a high salary, but HR revealed that the wrong job specification was issued. The actual position was a 4-month contract with different responsibilities. The Hiring Manager, who nearly canceled the interview at the last minute, proceeded with an interview and then stated that an Interview Panel would be formed for the next stage, which would take place in 1-2 weeks. After two follow-up attempts, an HR email informed me that the position had been filled, and no Interview Panel interview ever occurred. It felt like a sham, and I'd advise others to avoid this company.
