The interview process was very professional and thorough. It was a pleasure to get to know the company and the people. I'd love to interview with them again. The recruiters were good and scheduling was easy.

Presentation

I started with recruiters who had a lot of good things to say about their experience working with the company. The interviews were pleasant enough. They do ask for a presentation/demo but give no subject or real guidelines on what they’re looking for. This leaves you in a spot of wondering if you should present the ‘hero features’ of a product or dive into a higher subject. My suggestion to the company would be to define what they would like presented and demonstrated so they’re comparing apples to apples. Creativity flourishes inside the confines of structure.

Behavioral Technical

Had a few interviews, one with the hiring manager, two with other SEs, and two with account managers. Everything seemed to go well, but then the hiring manager said they had to put things on hold because of some restructuring. I followed up and was told it would be a few more weeks. I ended up taking another job and never heard back from him. It was really frustrating how poorly they communicated and never followed up.
