It was very effective, professional, and quick. It was a good experience. They asked me if I had experience in the role, if I felt comfortable talking on the phone, and they wanted to see my sales aptitude.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview had 3 parts: first, an English and Mandarin test for language and scenarios, then a chat with HR, and finally, a meeting with the hiring manager. I did well on the test and the HR chat, which included a role-play. The HR person gave good feedback and said they'd set up the final interview. But then, out of nowhere, the same HR person told me I didn't make it to the next round. I asked why, but they just gave the usual excuse and then ignored me when I tried to get more info. It was really disappointing and unprofessional.

  • They had me do a role-play where I had to convince a customer to keep their streaming service.

Started with a quick phone call to confirm interest. Then, I had a face-to-face interview the next day. The interview was at 1pm but started late, around 1:40pm. It was in an assessment room where we had to do some tests related to the job – data entry, business concepts, and another one. The computers were glitchy, so I didn't focus much on that. Afterwards, I waited almost an hour for a 1:1 interview. They asked basic stuff like 'tell me about yourself', my experiences, previous jobs, and how I'd handle an angry customer. After that, they let me go and said if I was a good fit, they'd set up a Skype interview, possibly followed by two more if they thought I was suitable.

Confirmed questions4 questions
  • Can you share an instance where you had to manage a very angry customer and what steps you took to resolve it?
  • What makes you believe you are a strong candidate for this role?
  • How do you distinguish yourself from other applicants?
