First there was a phone call with an HR person who talked about the job and the company and asked about my motivation. Then, I had an in-person meeting with the team lead, who explained the position in more detail and wanted to know more about me. The last step was a phone call with the client, who also explained everything from their perspective and wanted to know more about me. All three talks happened within a week.

Behavioral

The process is a bit random because HR is overloaded and managers are not very competent, so it's unpredictable when or if they'll reach out. Once you do connect with HR, they're usually quite friendly. This is typically followed by an interview with the hiring manager, which is pretty straightforward.
