The interview process involved about 5 to 6 interviews and a solid take-home assignment. They were well-organized and efficient with scheduling. I enjoyed meeting everyone, and they made sure I had ample opportunity to ask my own questions. While I would have been happy to accept their offer, I had another offer that was only slightly better. I wish more companies conducted interviews this way.

The process stopped 15 minutes before the last interview because HR called to say they had an offer for someone else. Apparently, that person was a last-minute referral with another offer, so they had to move fast. It felt unprofessional and discouraging since I had put in a lot of time and effort into the whole long process. HR said they'd keep me in mind for other roles, but I never heard back. The early part of the interview process was good, but the sudden end and no follow-up left a bad taste.

The whole interview process was super smooth and professional from the recruiter to the hiring manager to the team. First, a 30-min recruiter call about my background, skills, and some easy behavioral questions – the recruiter was really nice. Then, a 30-min chat with the hiring manager, mostly behavioral questions, focusing on my background and interests. He seemed really chill, someone I'd want to work for. After that, two 1-hour technical interviews with two engineers each. The first was system design, heavy on data modeling. The second was a coding interview with a tough algorithm problem, but they helped me through it. I really liked how supportive and guiding the team was. Everyone was sharp but humble. Finally, the offer came a few days later. It was a tough decision because I knew it was a great company with a great culture, but I went with another offer that felt more aligned with my tech identity. The whole thing took about 2.5 weeks. Seriously, a well-run process and you can tell it's a great company with great people.

I went through a long interview process that lasted about 2 months. There were 3 interviews in total, plus an initial screener call with a recruiter. I made it all the way to the final interview. The recruiter told me the company would let me know by a specific date if I was getting an offer. That date passed, and I didn't hear anything. I reached out to the recruiter, and they said they were also 'waiting to hear back.' Nobody has reached out, emailed, or called me since then. It's been over a week, and I guess they ghosted me. It seems a bit unprofessional to ghost someone after such a lengthy process, regardless of whether I got an offer. Getting some kind of notice would have been great and shown respect for my time and job search.
